It took several days to get up there in proper form, but Warner Bros. has finally set the internet straight by posting up the teaser trailer for The Dark Knight Rises. The third and final part of the Nolan incarnation of Batman is set to arrive on July 20th, 2012, with the main cast returning along with such notables as Tom Hardy, Anne Hathaway and Joseph Gordon-Levitt. The new teaser premiered before the final Harry Potter film this weekend which certainly helps to reinforce that this is going to be their big tentpole picture of 2012, which will have some good comic book competition from Marvel’s release of The Avengers. Two very different approaches to comic book films that definitely have fans excited. Does this whet your appetite?
