OLM announced an interesting new project all the way back in 2023 with an anime adaptation of the Let’s Play! comic from Webtoon. That project began back in 2016 from creator Leeanne M. Krecic, and at the time had been running through 2022 before its third “season” ended and is set to return on another platform in fall 2025. It’s currently seeing release in English through Rocketship.
Now, with Crunchyroll announcing its pickup of the property earlier today, the production has revealed plans for a 2025 debut along with the staff, cast, and the first promo and key visual for it below.
The series has Daiki Tomiyasu directing it from the series composition by Aya Matsui. Ebimo is handling the character designs with OLM on board for the animation production.
The Japanese cast includes:
- Kana Hanazawa as Sam Young
