
The manga series To Your Eternity by Yoshitoki Oima is being adapted into an anime, as announced back in January 2020. The series got underway with its first season back in the spring of 2021 and the second season wrapped up in March 2023 when we learned that a third season was coming. We’ve had a lot to talk about with the first two seasons since then, but this is the first news about the third season in two years.
The show has now been schedule for an October 2025 debut with Crunchyroll confirming streaming for it. A new key visual was released for it as well but no updates on staffing or casting were revealed.

Studio Drive is handling the animation production, and that Kiyoko Syama is on board as the new director for it.
The Japanese cast includes Reiji Kawashima as Fushi, Rie Hikisaka as March, Aya Uchida as Parona, Rikako Aikawa as Pioran, Mitsuki Saiga as Hayase, and Kenjiro Tsuda as The Beholder.
The new cast additions include Tomori Kusunoki as Hisame, Mitsuki Saiga as Kahaku, and Takehito Koyasu as Bonchien Nicoli la Tasty Peach Uralis. A second round of additions includes Megumi Han as Torta, Aoi Koga as Pocoa, Mitsuaki Kanuka as Fen, Hiroyuki Yoshino as Nixon, Akeno Watanabe as Todo, and Mitsuru Miyamoto as Cylira.
The twenty-episode first season was directed by Masahiko Murata and based on the series composition by Shinzo Fujita. Koji Yabuno is handling the character designs with Brains Based working on the animation production.

The manga began in 2016 in Weekly Shonen Magazine and has twenty-three volumes out as of the end of March 2025 by Yoshitoki Oima.
