Back in 2021, Seven Seas Entertainment announced the license acquisition of the manga series I Don’t Really Get It, but It Looks Like I Was Reincarnated in Another World by Ashi, Keyaki Uchiuchi, and Kaomin. The series, known originally as Yoku Wakaranai Keredo Isekai ni Tensei Shiteita You Desu, began in 2019 as serialized in Suiyoubi no Sirius.
Now, with both the light novels and manga rolling on, some new numbers have come out as it’s been revealed that there are 3.3 million copies in circulation for both the light novel and manga in both print and digital form. And that definitely has us looking as to when we’ll see an anime adaptation surface for this.
Plot Concept: Ren is a young girl in a primitive world of magic and brutality. Sold as a slave and about to be delivered to an unscrupulous merchant, she suddenly awakens to vivid memories of a past life: a world called Earth, where Ren was both a grown man and a research scientist. Now, she must learn to survive, combining her knowledge of science from her past life with her talent in magic from this life.
