New Manga Releases For The Week October 8th, 2013

After the deluge of titles in the previous week, there’s something to be said for taking things a bit easier here in the second week of the month. This week is still given over to Viz Media for the most part, but we have just eight releases, two of which come from their SuBLime Manga label for mature readers of the boys-love variety. outside of those two titles, there’s some good stuff to be had here as we get more Tiger & Bunny with the ongoing series getting a new volume and the two sided approach to the movie adaptation. They also slide out more Case Closed, which we love to see continuing on. But the big release for many will be the second installment of Magi, which is well timed to the start of the second season of the anime series adaptation.
