Manga creator Toyama Tomo tried out a new project recently with the Kage Kya Tenshi to Akuma-na Akua one-shot and it looks like it did well enough for the publisher. Yanmaga Web has announced that it’s being promoted to a full series with it set to begin on the service in May 2024. Check out other one-shots that the service currently has here.
I believe this is Tomo’s first project as I’m not finding them listed in most places.
Plot Concept: The series is a school comedy about a newbie angel girl who gets her first mission: make sure that a certain high school girl on earth becomes an excellent human being. The only condition? Keeping it a secret that she’s an angel. However, the very minute she lands on Earth, her secret is immediately revealed to the girl she’s supposed to get on the right path. Now this cunning, lazy, high school girl has the upper hand over the helpless angel!
