
A new anime adaptation is lined up for April 2024 with the announcement of Taejun Pak and Kim Junghyun’s webtoon Viral Hit getting the nod. It’ll be known under its Japanese name of Kenka Dokugaku. It began in 2019 and has over 200 chapters at this point. Crunchyroll has announced their pickup of it for the spring season where they’ll be bringing it out to audiences in North America, Central America, South America, Europe, Africa, Oceania, the Middle East, and CIS.
The show has Masakazu Hishida directing it from the scripts overseen by Toshiya Ono. Satomi Miyazaki is handling the character designs with Okuruto Noboru on board for the animation production.
