Muni is forced to use the public baths today because the bath at home broke. These things happen. It’s not so bad using the public baths, right? Heck, she even runs into Shinobu! Sadly, they have nothing to talk about. Awkward silence intensifies! Shinobu gets out of the bath and walks away. For some reason, Muni decides to her follow her. She will allow Shibobu to show her around since this is his first time. Sure, why not? Shinobu has joined Muni’s spa party! Oh, is that what they meant by the title of this episode? I thought they were going to throw a party at the spa. I was bamboozled!
The girls stumble across a geezer. Actually, it’s just Nagisa mumbling to herself. Nagisa has joined the spa party! The group runs into a pair of oranges in the herbal bath. Wait, what!? Oh, it’s just Towa. I think the oranges are supposed to represent her…beautiful eyes. Yeah, let’s go with that even though we all know what they’re truly representing. Towa joins the spa party! The group finds a pair of melons in the electric bath. Oh hey, it’s Marika! Muni remarks that she feels like she can’t be friends with her. That’s a bit rude. It’s obvious that Muni is just envious of her big, beautiful eyes! Anyway, Marika has joined the spa party! This party sure has gotten big, huh? Speaking of big things, the girls find themselves face-to-face with a pair of watermelons! Dang, they’re HUGE! Is this the final boss!? Yes, yes it is. By the way, they belong to Aoi. Muni, Shinobu, and Nagisa are all dealt a critical hit. Game over!
In Summary:
I guess we learned who has the biggest melons in D4DJ. Er, wait! I meant to say eyes! Ah, who am I kidding? Anyway, that honor goes to Aoi from RONDO. The other girls never stood a chance. No wonder she was the final boss! She’s just too strong. Rest in peace, Muni, Shinobu, and Nagisa. We’ll never forget you.
