1 min read

CybersixWith its origins as an Argentinian work drawn by Carlos Meglia and written by Carlos Trillo for the Italian comics magazine Skorpio back in 1992, Cybersix ended up getting its rights picked up by Teletoon which gave it a thirteen episode run in Canada. The series was contracted out to Japan for its production by TMS which gave us a pretty slick looking series back in 1999 that ran for thirteen episodes and saw release across multiple territories with several different languages it was dubbed into.

The show is still getting some management in North America as streaming service Midnight Pulp has now picked it up for distribution with its full run available here.

The English cast includes Andrew Francis, Cathy Weseluck, Michael Dobson, and Terry Klassen.

The series was acquired for North American release by Discotek Media in 2013 and is currently out of print.

Plot Concept: Based upon the original Argentine Graphic Novel series, the story follows Cybersix a human-like being created from genetic experimentations. Cybersix along with various other creations are the diabolical work of Dr. Von Reichter.
