Having enjoyed the first season of The Punisher, I’m definitely on board for more of it even knowing that it’s likely the last as three of the five Marvel Netflix TV series have been canceled in the last few months. The second season of The Punisher is set for a January 18th, 2019 debut and while we’ve had some teasers and tweeted mini videos of the series, the final full-length trailer for the show has now arrived that again makes it clear just what kind of show we’ve got on our hands here.
Property Concept: Former Marine-turned-vigilante Frank Castle (Jon Bernthal) has been living a quiet life on the road until he suddenly becomes embroiled in the attempted murder of a young girl (Giorgia Whigham). As he is drawn into the mystery surrounding her and those in pursuit of the information she holds, Castle attracts a new target on his back as new and old enemies force him to confront whether he should accept his destiny and embrace a life as “The Punisher.”
