A new original anime feature film was revealed earlier this month for a 2019 debut with Ashita Sekai ga Owaru Toshitemo, which translates as Even if the World Will End Tomorrow. The film is set for a January 25th, 2019 debut and the official site has updated with a pair of new previews for it that shows off more of the animation for the project. Check out the 30-second and 60-second spots below!
The project has Yuhei Sakuragi directing it based on the screenplay he wrote with Craftar listed as handling the original work. A novel is in the works from Sakuragi as well. No casting has been revealed as auditions are currently being held.

Plot Concept: The story deals with Shin and Kotori, who are both third years in high school. Shin lost his mother when he was little, and since then he has a tendency to close himself off. Kotori is his childhood friend who always looks out for him. One day, another “self” from another Japan appears in front of them.
