The spring 2018 series Tada-kun Doesn’t Fall in Love has is underway with HIDIVE handling some of the international streaming. Kadokawa is doing promotion for the show out of Japan and they now have a look at the eighth episode that will arrive on May 23rd, 2018 on the service.
The show is being directed by Mitsue Yamazaki based on the series composition by Yoshuko Nakamura. Junichirou Taniguchi is serving as the character designer and chief animation director with Doga Kobo handling the animation production. A lot of this staff made up Monthly Girls’ Nozaki-kun.
The Japanese cast includes Yuuichi Nakamura as Mitsuyoshi Tada, Manaka Iwami as Terasa Wagner, Mamoru Miyano as Kaoru Ijuuin, Shino Shimoji as Alexandra Magritte, Yuuichirou Umehara as Hajime Sugimoto, Shizuka Ishigami as Hinako Hasegawa, Hiro Shimono as Kentarou Yamashita, and Inori Minase as Yui Tada.
Plot Concept: Mitsuyoshi Tada, a boy who has never known love, is taking pictures of the cherry blossoms in full bloom when he meets Teresa Wagner, a transfer student from Luxembourg. Upon arriving in Japan, she got lost and separated from her travel companion. Mitsuyoshi helps her and brings her to his grandfather’s coffee shop.
