The first week of September has a pretty varied list of titles that will be heading into the market and fans hands as we get classics, new releases of older shows and a smattering of hentai. The main release here that’s new in which it hasn’t been out before is Intrigue in the Bakumatsu from Sentai Filmworks, which originally came out back in 2006. The other one is Psychic Squad which is also an older title from the previous decade but previously unreleased. After that, it’s essentially re-releases of shows such as the slimmed down version of Maria Watches Over Us and a Classic Line collection for Haibane Renmei as it finds a new home at FUNimation after sitting in Geneon’s hands idle for far too long.
