The latest sales rankings have landed from Japan with what’s making the move when it comes to anime on DVD and Blu-ray. It’s little surprise that the latest Love Live! Sunshine volume has taken the top spot with 46,000 units moved. We also see a great start for Yamato 2202 as the first Blu-ray there did just under 16,000 plus another 5,000 on DVD. The debut of the second season of Konosuba shows its strength with 10,000 moved on Blu-ray. The opening salvo for Gabriel Dropout was about as expected with just under 3,000 units while Interviews with Monster Girls hits at just over 2,000 units. There are a few box sets in the mix this week as well and some other interesting numbers to poke and prod at.
