While we got the English language trailer last week for The Laws of the Universe Part 0 ahead of the Japanese premiere on October 10th, 2015, it looks like the religious group Happy Science that backed this project put out the English language dub cast earlier in September. The film is making its premiere on October 2nd in San Francisco at New People. It has plans for other locations at the moment though most don’t have dates or times yet. The film is directed by Isamu Imakake, who also handled the character designs and served as the chief animation director for the work. The cast includes:

- Tom Kenny as the Ummo alien
- Fred Tatasciore as the Reptilian
- Josh Keaton as Ray

The Japanese cast includes Ryota Ohsaka as Ray, Asami Seto as Anna, Tetsuya Kakihara as Tyler, Hisako Kanemoto as Halle, Wataru Hatano as Eisuke and Daisuke Namikawa as Professor Yoake.
Plot concept: Ray, Anna, Tyler, Halle, and Eisuke are five high school students who are suddenly wrapped up in a mysterious incident. An alien species called Grey abducts Halle’s sister and embeds her with a special chip inside her brain. The five stand up to save Halle’s sister and try to reveal the existence of aliens, but continue to be met with mysterious events.
The high school students’ story progresses into a shocking development!
