An anime adaptation was announced in July 2023 with the Mikadono San Shimai wa Angai, Choroi manga. The series is based on the manga by Aya Hirakawa, which debuted in 2021 as serialized in Weekly Shonen Sunday. It has twelve volumes as of December 2024. The adaptation has Tadahito Matsubayashi directing it with character designs by Aya Hirakawa. PA Works is handling the animation production.
With a July 9th, 2025, premiere date for its broadcast run set previously, the latest update is a new character promo focusing on Yurina Aoyama as Kazuki Mikadono.
The Japanese cast includes:

- Aoi Kkoga as Niko Mikadono
- Yurina Aoyama as Kazuki Mikadono
- Yoshino Aoyama as Miwa Mikadono

Plot Concept: The series focuses on Yū Ayase, the son of Subaru Ayase. Yū’s mother Subaru is herself gifted with beauty, athleticism, and intelligence, but Yū seems to have only inherited her mother’s good looks and nothing else. When Yū is enrolled in a high-class school, he is entrusted to the care of his mother’s friend and moves to their house. There, he begins rooming with the three Mikadono sisters, who are all exceptionally talented in their own way but have a weak side to them.
