‘Irozuku Monochrome’ Manga By Atsushi Uchiyama Sets Final Chapter

The Irozuku Monochrome manga got underway last year and saw an October 17th, 2024 release of the first compiled volume. The manga comes from creator Atsushi Uchiyama which began in 2024 as serialized in Weekly Shonen Magazine for Kodansha.

Now, the manga has been confirmed to end in one more chapter in the magazine. The fourth volume just arrived on May 16th, 2025, and a fifth and final will be solicited.

Uchiyama made their debut in 2012 with Seifuku! and have almost ten titles since then.

Weekly Shōnen Magazine is a weekly shōnen manga magazine published on Wednesdays in Japan by Kodansha, first published on March 17, 1959. The magazine is mainly read by an older audience, with a significant portion of its readership falling under the male high school or college student demographic.

Plot Concept: This lusty romantic comedy is about a teenage boy who wants to propose to his crush, a devoted nun girl. Unfortunately, she has already promised her body and mind to no one but God. Frustration! Things get even more complicated when a perverted demon of lust suddenly possesses the boy. Now he finds himself torn between the devil’s carnal desires and the pure love propagated by the nuns. What will win him over? Sex or Love?!
