Seven Seas Entertainment has announced the license acquisition of the light novel and manga series When a Clueless First-Person Shooter Player Falls into Another World by Jiraigen, Junichi Saiki, and Ugume.
The first light novel will be released digitally-only for the first time in the English language in January 2026. The first manga volume will be released for the first time in the English language in March 2026 for $13.99 USA / $18.99 CAN, in single-volume editions. Ebook editions will also be available on digital platforms.
Plot Concept: Schwarz is a pro at first-person shooter games and spends his time playing VRMMOFPS, a game filled with a plethora of guns and enemies. But during one game, a single misstep causes Schwarz to fall between the map, and instead of losing a life, he’s transported to a new world! While he’s able to access all the guns from his original game, he quickly realizes that the world around him is 100% real and not a game. Can a FPS expert survive in the land of magic and fantasy?
