The manga series Haite Kudasai, Takamine-san is making the leap to anime with a production as revealed in August 2024. The manga comes from creator Yuichi Hiiragi which began in 2019 as serialized in Gangan Joker and has nine volumes out as of August 2024. It’s released in English through Yen Press as Please Put Them On, Takamine-san! The series has Tomoe Makino as the director working from the scripts overseen by Yu Sato. Ryo Yamaguchi is handling the character designs with Maya Ito, and both are serving as chief animation directors at LIDEN FILMS.
The series saw a premiere date on April 2nd, 2025, with Crunchyroll picking it up. The latest update is the first preview of the ninth episode that’s due out on May 28th, 2025.

The series features the opening theme song with “Baby Baby Baby” performed by Masami Okui while the ending theme song is “Hightail it” by Makoto Furukawa.
