
The 2020 anime adaptation of the light novel series My Next Life as a Villainess: All Routes Lead to Doom! saw a second season this summer which carried forward more of the tradition of the property. The property saw a feature film that was released with a December 8th, 2023, premiere set for it.
Crunchyroll previously announced their pickup of the film, but didn’t have any further details on it. The film has now been added at last to the streaming service here. It’s only available in Japanese but has English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, and Russian subtitle options.
Keisuke Inoue directed the TV series based on the scripts coming from Megumi Shimizu. Miwa Oshima is handling the character designs with Silver Link handling the animation production.
The Japanese cast includes Shouta Aoi as Gerald Stuart, Asami Seto as Gerald Stuart, Tetsuya Kakihara as Keith Claes, Sora Amamiya as Keith Claes (in early childhood), Tatsuhisa Suzuki as Alan Stuart, Mutsumi Tamura as Alan Stuart (in early childhood), Yoshitsugu Matsuoka as Nicole Ascart, M.A.O as Nicole Ascart (in early childhood), and Maaya Uchida has been cast as Katarina Claes. Second-season additions include Takehito Koyasu as Geoffrey Stuart, Sumire Uesaka as Susanna Randall, Yusuke Shirai as Ian Stuart, and Yui Ogura as Selena Burke.
Additional cast for the film includes Kensho Ono as Aaqil, Ayumu Murase as Qumiit, Akari Kito as Nashiit, Reina Ueda as Haati, Yoko Hikasa as Alqus, Rie Kugimiya as Piyo, and Inori Minase as Sophia.
The English cast includes Jeannie Tirado as Catarina Claes, Bryce Papenbrook as Alan Stuart, Colleen O’Shaughnessey as Mary Hunt, Griffin Burns as Geordo Stuart, Griffin Puatu as Keith Claes, Kira Buckland as Sophia Ascart, Melissa Fahn as Maria Campbell, Nicolas Roye as Nicol Ascart, and Kousuke Toriumi as Rufus Brode.
J-Novel Club has been bringing the novels out digitally on their site and through select services while Seven Seas Entertainment has print and digital editions being handled for the manga and print editions of the novels.
