2 min read
Shigeta is an attractive and "physically active" female looking for her soulmate in all the wrong places.

With an original series that ran from 1995 to 2001, Moyoco Anno revealed back in 2019 that the Happy Mania property is getting a sequel series. Go Happy Mania was set to debut in the September 6th, 2019, installment of Feel Young magazine. The property has been rolling right along since, and now the latest upcoming installment of Feel Young magazine, marked 6/2025 has the property taking the cover with some new artwork as you can see below.

The original manga had eleven volumes total and was released through TOKYOPOP during their manga boom in the early 2000s which made for a great read that came out quickly. Anno’s works have been picked up by various publishers over the years with Flowers and Bees by Viz Media while Del Rey picked up Sugar Sugar Rune.

Feel Young is a monthly josei manga magazine published by Shodensha in Japan. Manga artists whose stories have run in the magazine include Moyoco Anno, Mitsue Aoki, Mitsukazu Mihara, Kiriko Nananan, Mari Okazaki, Erica Sakurazawa, Ebine Yamaji, and others.

Plot Concept: Kayoko is confronted by Takahashi who wants a divorce. He now loves someone else, a complete role reversal in the relationship between the two after 15 years of marriage. Kayoko later disguises herself and follows Takahashi in an attempt to find out about her husband’s new love.
