An interesting anime project is being lined up for 2026 with the announcement of the I am the only one who is not attacked in the world filled with zombies novels getting the nod. The original work comes from Rokuro Uraji which began in 2013 and wrapped up in 2017, with three volumes published by Frontier Works with artwork by Saburo. A manga adaptation launched in 2021 from Chihiro Masuda which has four volumes out as of April 2025.

Plot Concept: The “zombie panic action” story takes place in a world that is suddenly flooded with zombies, and for some reason the protagonist Takemura is the only person the zombies do not attack. If this were a zombie movie, Takemura would use this ability to fight against the zombies, but instead he just acts according to his desires.
