With some solid anime adaptation material behind it, things continue to go well for the Bibliophile Princess light novel series. The novels come from writer Yui and artist Satsuki Sheena which began in 2016 and have nine volumes out as of earlier this year. At that point, the series has now crossed the 4.2 million mark of copies in circulation when it comes to both light novels and manga as well as digital distribution.
The manga itself, however, has been on hiatus for a good chunk of this year since the late spring. We learned at the end of October 2024 that work from Yui Kikuta was set to return through Monthly Comic Zero-Sum on November 28th, 2024.
With that installment just about here, the finalized cover has been revealed below to celebrate its return by getting the cover.
The property is published by Ichijinsha with J-Novel Club bringing it out digitally in English. Check out the cover to the latest volume to the right.
The light novel series was Yui’s debut and only property so far while Sheena began with this property and has two other works that they’ve been involved in.
Plot Concept: When book-loving Lady Elianna spots Prince Christopher—her betrothed in name only—consorting with another noble lady, she realizes the recent rumors must be true. The prince has someone he truly loves, which means the annulment of their engagement is both inevitable and fast approaching. What she doesn’t realize is that this is merely a surface ripple—one of many where the truth runs deep, in a conspiracy surpassing her imagination!
