With the usual delay between the period and the reporting in place, Nielsen has updated to reveal the most-streamed shows in the US through the week ending October 6th, 2024. Netflix continues to dominate and this week holds onto five slots this time – though a few are shared slots.
This week, three titles have crossed the billion-minute mark with all the attention on Monsters: The Lyle and Erik Menendez Story once again. Nobody Wants This hits just over 1.2 billion, which is why it easily got a second-season pickup. Love is Blind also crosses into the 1 billion mark as well.
Disney+ gets a slot for Bluey once again and Inside Out 2 slips to just over 900 million minutes. Hulu gets another slot for The Family Guy. Prime Video gest a slot for Lord of the Rings: Rings of Power as well.
Netflix has a number of shared titles with just once crossing the billion mark this time.
