With the usual delay between the period and the reporting in place, Nielsen has updated to reveal the most-streamed shows in the US through the week ending September 29th, 2024. Netflix continues to dominate and this week holds onto five slots this time – though a few are shared slots.
This week, two titles have crossed the billion-minute mark and one has made it to the two billion mark with all the attention on Monsters: The Lyle and Erik Menendez Story. Inside Out 2 scores well for Disney as expected with 1.8 billion while Nobody Wants This hits just over a billion, which is why it easily got a second-season pickup.
Disney+ gets a slot for Bluey once again while Hulu gets another slot for The Family Guy. Prime Video gest a slot for Lord of the Rings: Rings of Power as well.
Netflix has a number of shared titles with just once crossing the billion mark this time.
