Known originally as Eiyuu to Kenja no Tensei Kon, the Manga Up! service has added a new property in English to its slate with The Reincarnated Marriage of a Hero and Sage. Check out the series page here.
The manga began in 2023 with Washiro Fujiki as the author and Riku Nishi handling the artwork for it as serialized in Gangan Online for Square Enix. The ongoing series has three volumes out in Japan with the fourth volume arriving on August 9th, 2024.
Fujiki made their debut in 2017 with Saiteihen Kara Nyuu Geemu! and followed it up with three more works. Nishi made their debut doing the adaptation of the novel Oda Nobunaga to Iu Nazo no Shokugyou ga Mahou Kenshi yori Cheat Datta node, Oukoku o Tsukuru Koto ni Shimashita in 2018 which ran for eight complete volumes.
Plot Concept: With their nations in conflict, the Hero Reid and the Sage Elria had long been on opposing sides of the battlefield. However, it would all come to a much too sudden end with the Sage’s passing. Single-handedly breaking through the enemy ranks to see Elria one last time, Reid meets his own heroic demise…
But then, he opens his eyes as a newborn a thousand years later, getting another chance at life…and love?!
