With the usual delay between the period and the reporting in place, Nielsen has updated to reveal the most-streamed shows in the US through the week ending April 28th, 2024. Netflix continues to dominate but this week holds onto seven slots this time – though a few are shared slots.
This week sees three titles crossing the billion-minute mark, u[ one from the week prior. It’s no surprise that Fallout tops the chart but it comes in just under half of the week before with 1.5 billion minutes, which is a pretty steep drop. Disney+ comes in second with the powerhouse that continues to be Bluey as it does just over 1.3 billion minutes. The new addition to the billion club this week is Grey’s Anatomy which comes in at just under 1.2 billion minutes.
Netflix doesn’t have any wholly-streamed billion+ shows at the moment but it does have a few things on the list with Baby Reindeer and the release of the Sony film Anyone But You doing very well.
On the shared side, NCIS continues to be a draw for people as well with The Resident as a shared title.
