Another manga series is about to wrap up its ongoing run as the final volume of My Next Door Neighbor in Room 201 has been set for July 14th, 2024 with its fourth collection. The series, known originally as 201-gou shitsu no Otonari-san, began in 2023 in LINE Manga for Line Digital Frontier and comes from creator Kyou Hinata.
Hinata’s first published manga debuted in 2016 with Kurodashi no Jugyou and they had three other works before this current one.
Line Manga is an online manga and webtoon platform and smartphone app operated by Line Corporation. It originally launched with just licensed manga titles but soon expanded to include original webtoons.
Plot Concept: Miwa, a university student, begins living alone after her girlfriend enrolls in the university. Her neighbor Chiaki is a reliable person she used to hang out with when she was little…but when she meets him again, she finds that he has become sloppy with women and has become an adult with no life skills!
Moreover, for some reason, Miwa ends up taking care of Chiaki’s meals…! ? A neighborhood love story that slowly grows in a small apartment.
