
A new anime adaptation was lined up for April 2024 with the February 2024 announcement of Taejun Pak and Kim Junghyun’s webtoon Viral Hit getting the nod. It’ll be known under its Japanese name of Kenka Dokugaku.
The Japanese home video release is being handled by GAGA and they’ve set a complete box set approach for the property. It’s scheduled for an October 4th, 2024 release where the twelve-episode run will be priced at 16,800 yen. The set will come with a booklet while on-disc extras include the clean opening and closing as well as the Japanese promotional videos.
The show has Masakazu Hishida directing it from the scripts overseen by Toshiya Ono. Satomi Miyazaki is handling the character designs with Okuruto Noboru on board for the animation production.

The season features the opening theme song “Wild Boy” by MA55IVE THE RAMPAGE and the ending theme song “Viral Hack” by Crab Kani Club.
