The spring 2021 anime adaptation of the I’ve Been Killing Slimes for 300 Years and Maxed Out My Level light novel series wrapped up at the end of June 2021 with fans pretty happy. We learned in January 2022 that a second season was in the works but no dates or details were included with the announcement.
With the series planned for a 2025 debut, the latest update has come in with Flatorte being added to the visual from the right that we had before. Check out the newly fleshed-out visual below as the cast members are added for the journey.
The show has Kunishisa Sugishima directing it from the series composition by Naohiro Fukushima. Hikaru Kodama is on board for the character designs with Teddy handling the animation production this time around.
The first season of the series was directed by Nobukage Kimura based on the series composition by Tatsuya Takahashi. Keisuke Goto is handling the character designs with REVOROOT handling the production.
The Japanese cast includes:

- Kaede Hondo as Raika
- Aoi Yūki as Azusa
- Sayaka Harada as Harukara
- Minami Tanaka as Sharusha
- Manami Numakura as Beelzebub
- Azumi Waki as Fratorte
- Riho Sugiyama as Rosary
The light novels come from writer Kisetsu Morita and illustrator Benio which began in 2016 and there are ten volumes out as of the announcement in October 2019. A manga adaptation began in 2015 with Shiba handling it. Yen Press is releasing the novels in English.
