
A new anime project arrived in April 2024 with the announcement of Astro Note. Crunchyroll picked it up for release already with it being available to viewers in North America, Central America, South America, Europe, Africa, Oceania, the Middle East, and CIS when it arrives.
The latest update from the production which saw an April 5th, 2024 premiere date has come in with Crunchyroll bringing out a clip from the fifth episode. Here, Astro Lodge is a safe space to feel liberated.
The original character designs for it are being done by Eisaku Kubonouchi and you can see a visual to the right and a trailer below. Shinji Takamatsu is the chief director with Haruki Kasugamori directing from the series composition by Kimiko Ueno. Maho Aoki is handling the character designs with Telecom Animation Film on the production.
The Japanese cast includes:

The series features the opening theme song which is “Hohoemi Note” as performed by Ai Furihata.

Plot Concept: Takumi, a gifted chef, was just let go from his job. He lands a gig at an old boarding house called Astro-sou, but hesitates to accept after learning he must also live there full-time. That is until he meets the beautiful and charming caretaker, Mira, and he’s sold. The two begin to work together and their connection deepens. But Mira has a secret: she isn’t from this world!
