Fans of the manga series Go, Go, Loser Ranger! from Negi Haruba had reason to celebrate as an anime adaptation saw an April 7th, 2024 premiere. The show is getting its home video releases in Japan handled by Shochiku and they’ve set a three-volume release plan for the show. It’ll be on Blu-ray only beginning on August 28th, 2024 and will be priced at 12,000 yen per set with four episodes per set. Check out the full schedule, known details, and packaging below.
Keiichi Sato directs the project with Keiichiro Ochi handling the scripts for it. Yostar Pictures is handling the animation production for it with character designs by Kahoko Koseki.
The Japanese cast includes Daishi Kajita as Hibiki Sakurama, Yumika Yano as Yumeko Suzukiri, Yūsuke Kobayashi as Fighter D, Yūichi Nakamura as Red Keeper, Go Inoue as Blue Keeper, Kensho Ono as Yellow Keeper, Kousuke Toriumi as Green Keeper, M.A.O as Pink Keeper, Hiroyuki Yoshino as Shun Tokita, Rika Nagae as Komachi Aizome, Azumi Waki as Kanon Hisui, Fumihiko Tachiki as Masurao Nadeshiko, Yūki Ono as Kai Shion, Seiichirō Yamashita as Eigen Urabe, Akari Kitō as Angelica Yukino, Daiki Hamano as Sōjirō Ishikawa, Tomoyo Kurosawa as Renren Akebayashi, Shiori Mikami as Angel Usukubo, Ryota Ohsaka as Yamato Kurusu, Masanori Shimizu as Tsukasa Shippō, Yukihiro Nozuyama as Ranmaru Koguma, and Hina Yomiya as Fighter XX.
The series features the opening theme song “Jikai Yokoku” as performed by Tatsuya Kitani and the ending theme song has been set with “Seikai wa Iranai” as performed by Akari Nanawo.
The series is known originally as Sentai Daishikkaku which began in 2021 in Weekly Shonen Magazine. It has ten volumes released so far with Kodansha Comics bringing it out in English.
