The film is in its original Japanese language with English subtitles as well as the English dub.

The film has Eiichiro Oda behind an original story for it and he served as a producer on it. Goro Taniguchi is on board to direct it based on the screenplay by Tsutomu Kuroiwa.

Crunchyroll streams the series in the USA, Canada, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, France, French-Speaking Europe, and Latin America. Funimation streams it to the USA and Canada.
