‘Demon Lord 2099’ Anime Detailed With New Promo

The Demon Lord 2099 anime was teased previously ahead of the Aniplex Online Fest 2023 event and now some details have come out for the project. The show doesn’t have a season for it set yet and they’ve recently formally set 2024 as the year it’ll arrive. The latest update out of AnimeJapan 2024 reveals a new promotional video and adds Hana Hishikawa as Takahashi. It’s also been scheduled for an October 2024 premiere.

In terms of production, Ryo Ando is directing it from the series scripts overseen by Yuichiro Momose. Ryousuke Tanigawa is handling the character designs and JC Staff is on board to handle the animation.

The Japanese cast includes:

  • Satoshi Hino as Demon Lord Veltol
  • Miku Itō as Machina
  • Hana Hishikawa as Takahashi

The light novel series began in January 2021 with two volumes out which have been released in English through Yen Press.
