What’s 7+7÷7+7×7-7 In This ‘Metallic Rouge’ Anime Clip

In a world where humans coexist with androids called Neans, a group known as the Immortal Nine rises up against society. Tasked with disposing of the revolters, a Nean named Rouge Redstar (aka Metal Rouge) and investigator Naomi Orthmann head to Mars to track them down…but first, Rouge wants some chocolate.

Fuji TV announced in March 2023 a new series coming up that Crunchyroll has already announced a streaming acquisition for with Metallic Rouge. Set for a January 2024 debut, it has Yutaka Izubuchi as the chief director and handling the series composition while Motonobu Hori will be the main director. Toshihiro Kawamoto is handling the character designs with BONES handling the animation production.

With the show set with a January 10th, 2024 premiere date, Crunchyroll is handling the show and is doing clips in its original Japanese language along with other languages in the future. now, we’ve got a clip from the sixth episode where only 50% of Rouges answer this correctly!

The English dub has Mike McFarland directing with Michelle Rojas as the assistant ADR director.

The English cast includes:

The show is also launching with seven more language options available with Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Italian, Castilian, and Hindi dubs available for the first episode.

The Japanese cast includes Yume Miyamoto as Rouge Redmaster, Tomoyo Kurosawa as Naomi Orthmann, Shunsuke Takeuchi as Jean Yunghart, Yu Shimamura as Sara Fitzgerald, Hiroyuki Yoshino as Jaron Fate, Yui Ogura as Jill Sturgeon, Kenjiro Tsuda as Afdal Bashal, Kazuyuki Okitsu as Eden Vallock, Atsushi Miyauchi as Ash Stahl, Chiaki Kobayashi as Noid 262, Hiroshi Yanaka as Puppeteer, Mariya Ise as Opera, Minami Tsuda as Ace/Alice Machias, Hiroki Yasumoto as Graufon Berg, Haruka Shiraishi as Cyan Bluestar, Yōko Hikasa as Eva Cristella, and Yoshimitsu Shimoyama as Roy Yunghart.

Plot Concept: The tech-noir story takes place in a world where humans and androids coexist. It follows Rouge, an android girl, who is on a mission on Mars with her partner Naomi. The mission is to murder nine artificial humans who are hostile to the government.
