
A new anime adaptation is on track for a 2024 TV premiere with the manga series Tasuketsu getting the nod. The announcement revealed the main staff and cast along with a promotional video and the main cast list. The series has Tatsuo Sato directing it and overseeing the scripts with Toru Hamazaki as the assistant director. Nami Hayashi is handling the character designs and Satelight is handling the animation production.
The Japanese cast includes:

The manga from Taiga Miyakawa began in 2013 and has been released in multiple parts over the years. The third part began in 2017 and is ongoing.

Plot Concept: The series involves a group of five in a world where people have suddenly disappeared. A mysterious self-proclaimed “Emperor” gathers five people together through anonymous messages and has them participate in a game. Participants answer the question “Do you want to live or die?” The game has only one rule: “Majority dies.”
