Disney+ Schedules ‘The Marvels’ Streaming Premiere

Originally set in theaters with a February 17th, 2023 release date, The Marvels was part of a rescheduling that saw it eventually arrive with a November 10th, 2023 release date. Earlier this month we started getting details on the releases with digital purchase the digital release arrived on January 16th, 2024. The home video releases are detailed below for it.

What we didn’t get at the time was when to expect the Disney+ streaming premiere. That’s coming a week before the home video release, which does feel a bit odd depending on whether you think it’ll impact the amount it might sell, with a February 7th, 2024 premiere now set on Disney+. The home video physical media releases arrive on February 13th, 2024.

The film, directed by Nia DaCosta and based on the screenplay by Megan McDonnell, is an interesting one as it’s pulling together a few pieces as it comes after the Ms. Marvel series as well as tying in Teyonah Paris from WandaVision.
