GKIDS is hitting up some of their Studio Ghibli films to get them back into theaters with their Studio Ghibli Fest 2023. The latest one to get some attention is Porco Rosso. The film saw an August 20th and 22nd release where it was available in both languages. While we expect it to arrive again in 2024, ahead of that GKIDS has now dropped a new trailer for the film with its English dub to highlight that and the availability of the film through a lot of different sources these days.
The Japanese cast includes Shuuichirou Moriyama as Porco Rosso, Akemi Okamura as Fio, Akio Ohtsuka as Curtis, and Tokiko Kato as Madame Gina.
The English cast includes Michael Keaton as Porco Rosso, Cary Elwes as Donald Curtis, Kimberly Williams-Paisley as Fio, Susan Egan as Gina, and Bill Fagerbakke as Mamma Aiuto Gang.
