The ongoing and sprawling number of adaptations and projects for The Seven Deadly Sins continues on as it looks like another one has gotten the green light. We learned back in May 2022 that The Seven Deadly Sins: Four Knights of the Apocalypse was listed as getting a TV anime adaptation.

With Telecom Animation Film on board for the production, the series saw an October 8th, 2023 premiere on TBS in Japan. Now, VAP has set the home video release for this two-cour series with box sets scheduled for it on DVD and Blu-ray. The sets will be priced at 21,000 yen for the DVDs and 25,000 yen for the Blu-ray with twelve episodes per set. Check out the full schedule and known details below.

The previously revealed cast includes Toshiyuki Morikawa as Ironside, Rikiya Koyama as Pellegarde, Sachi Kokuryu as Arthur Pendragon, Shou Komura as Percival, Kikunosuke Toya as Donny, Aino Shimada as Nasiens, Kanna Nakamura as Anghalad, Kouki Uchiyama as Shin, and Akio Ōtsuka plays Varghese.

The original manga is created by Nakaba Suzuki with forty-one volumes in print for its original run. The manga series began in 2012 and Kodansha Comics is bringing the series out for North American fans in print while Crunchyroll has the digital chapters being published on their site.

Property Concept: Percival has always lived with his grandfather on God’s Finger, a remote haven that sits high above the clouds. And though he loves the simple life, he secretly longs for adventure. But Percival’s life is changed forever when an intruder—who shares a shocking connection with him—tears away everything he’s ever known.

With nothing left to do but chase down the one who took everything from him, Percival sets out on his own. During his journey, the sheltered boy discovers that there are a lot of things he doesn’t know about normal life. Luckily, he meets friends along the way who can help him get by—but how will they react when they find out about Percival’s destiny… and how it’s connected to the end of the world?
