GKIDS has put out several projects from director Masaaki Yuasa over the years and now they’ve been able to take the directors’ works and put them together in a five-film collection. Set for a December 19th, 2023 release, it’ll be priced at $99.98 with a 501-minute running time. This set comes in a rigid case with new cover art designed by Yuasa and includes a poster of the new art, an exclusive book featuring an essay and excerpts from Yuasa’s sketchbooks, and an entire disc of bonus features.
Some of those on-disc extras include Short Films by Masaaki Yuasa, Filmmaker Commentary, Scene Breakdowns, Filmmaker Interviews and More.
