It’s a week of Netflix charts for the Japanese side that covers the period of September 18th, 2023 to September 24th, 2023. Netflix has restructured how they measure things as of the middle of June 2023 so the charts are looking a bit different. The anime side is doing well as we get five properties in the top ten with Jujutsu Kaisen 2 coming in at first, My Happy Marriage at sixth, and Mushoku Tensei 2 at tenth. Returning this week was Zom 100 at seventh and the debut of the second season of Kengan Ashura at fifth. Of course, we also have the live-action One Piece series which is in the second-place slot after a lot of binging in the first two weeks.
On the movie side, the chart changes things up a good bit from the previous week. This week sees the recent Black Adam film falls off the chart while Once Upon a Crime gets a second week at the top. A lot of new films slip in this week and a few move places as they continue to hold.
