It looks like Yen Press chose well with their pickup previously of The Eminence in Shadow in both its light novel and manga adaptation form as an anime adaptation is in the works. We learned back in February 2021 that an anime adaptation is in the works and it was set with an October 5th, 2022 premiere date.
With HIDIVE having set it as an exclusive for streaming, the show saw a two-cour run that ran consecutively with twenty episodes total as well. A second season is coming for it as well with a planned October 4th, 2023 premiere date for the show. Now, HIDIVE has revealed that in addition to the simulcast, the English dub has been set for the same time!
The English dub has John Swasey as the ADR director working from the scripts by Kalin Black.

The second season has added Tsuyoshi Koyama as Juggernaut, Shizuka Itou as Yukime, Tomokazu Sugita as Crimson, and Ai Kakuma as Mary along with Saori Hayami as Elisabeth and Miku Itō as 559.
The light novel series from Daisuke Aizawa began in 2018. The manga has five volumes out as well while the side-story series will be releasing its second volume. Yen Press has the rights to all three.

Plot Concept: Even in his past life, Cid’s dream wasn’t to become a protagonist or a final boss. He’d rather lie low as a minor character until it’s prime time to reveal he’s a mastermind…or at least, do the next best thing – pretend to be one! And now that he’s been reborn into another world, he’s ready to set the perfect conditions to live out his dreams to the fullest. Armed with his overactive imagination, Cid jokingly recruits members to his organization and makes up a whole backstory about an evil cult that they need to take down. Well, as luck would have it, these imaginary adversaries turn out to be the real deal-and everyone knows the truth but him!
