
Yuu Shimizu came to attention with their work on Seirei Tsukai no Blade Dance, which has seventeen volumes to its name. Recently, they got a new novel series getting underway on May 25th, 2019 with Seiken Gakuin’s Demon Swordsman, which is being illustrated by Asagi Tosaka.
Kadokawa revealed in October 2021 that an anime adaptation was in the works and we’ve had some updates such as studio Passione will be the ones animating it and then the main cast. Last week, the official site has revealed an October 2nd, 2023 premiere for it through broadcast while noting that the show will get an early streaming premiere on ABEMA on September 25th, 2023.
Now, the third and final main trailer for the show has arrived below.
The show has Hiroyuki Morita directing it with Takayuki Noguchi on the character designs.
The Japanese cast includes Honoka Kuroki as Sakuya, Aya Suzaki as Regina, Marina Inoue as Leonis, Yui Ishikawa as Riselia, Arisa Nakada as Shary, Hiromi Igarashi as Elfiné, Ai Kikuma as Roselia, Tomofumi Ikezoe as Blackas, and Daisuke Hirakawa as Dark Lord Leonis.
Chiai Fujikawa will perform “1000-nen Ai” for the anime’s opening theme while Kaho will perform “Yururi” for the ending theme.
