Seven Seas Entertainment is bringing another manga series to print as they’ve solicited for the volume of Love, a Kitten, and a Salty Dog. The first volume is set for a January 16th, 2024 release priced at $14.99 with it listed as coming in at 200 pages.
The property comes from writer/artist Nenko Nen which began serialization in LiQulle magazine for Overlap in 2022 and has a single volume.. Known originally as Koi to Neko to Salty Dog, it’s a single-volume release
Plot Concept: Okura is a tough veterinarian who works at Kinako Animal Hospital, right near the entertainment district. One day, a kind and earnest college student named Momo brings in a tiny kitten he found on the streets, and the two men grow closer as Okura helps Momo learn about cat parenthood. It isn’t long until their conversations turn from pet care to their experiences with romance as Okura finds himself wanting to get to know Momo better. Will their relationship grow into something more with a kiss?
