
The spring 2023 anime adaptation of the manga series Rokudo no Onna-tachi is getting its home video releases handled by Avex Pictures. The distributor has opted for it to be done with two sets for the twelve-episode series on Blu-ray only. The sets are coming out on September 27th, 2023 at the same time and are priced at 13,000 yen each.
With both sets coming up at the end of the month, we now have a look at the cover artwork for both of them. Check out the full details below.
The anime adaptation has Keiya Saito directing it from the scripts overseen by Yuichiro Momose. Shinya Segawa is handling the character designs and Satelight is handling the animation production.
The Japanese cast includes Gen Sato as Tо̄suke Rokudо̄, Sumire Uesaka as Ranna Himawari, Naomi Ōzora as Sayuri Osanada, Yuki Yomichi as Azami Himeno, Misato Matsuoka as Tsubaki, Hitomi Sekine as Mizue, and Haruki Ishiya as Haruya Iinuma.
The manga comes from Yuji Nakamura which began in 2016 and wrapped up in 2021 with twenty-six volumes as serialized in Weekly Shonen Champion magazine.

Plot Concept: The series focuses on Tо̄suke Rokudо̄, a timid high school boy who gets bullied by delinquents. He receives a scroll from his late grandfather, leaving a mark on his forehead. The mark’s effect causes a delinquent girl named Ranna Himawari to fall in love with him.
