
Details have been slim but Takara Tomy has made it clear – this fall will see the debut of Beyblade X on TV Tokyo. This will be what they’re describing as the fourth generation project after the original series and the plan is to debut the toy line in July 2023. Ahead of that, the manga series for it debuted this summer with the regular run starting up on June 15th, 2023 from Homura Kawamoto.
Now, the anime has been set for an October 6th, 2023 premiere in Japan and we’ve got a new promo and key visual below as well as the staff and cast. The series has Katsuhito Akiyama as the chief director with Sotsu Terada as the hands-on director. Hikaru Muno worked on the scenario with Kazuho Hyodo handling the scripts. Yoshihiro Nagamori is on the character designs adapted from Posuka Demizu with OLM on the animation production.
The Japanese cast includes:
- Soma Saito as Ekusu Kurosu
- Shuichiro Umeda as Bird Kazami
- Ruriko Noguchi as Multi Nanairo

Plot Concept: The manga’s story centers on a young boy who aims to be a professional Beyblade player. He aims to get to X Tower, where professional Beyblade players gather. The manga will introduce new gears and abilities in playing Beyblade.
