The spring 2023 anime adaptation of the Megami no Café Terrace manga is getting its home video release handled by X. The twelve-episode series is getting released as a five-volume run of Blu-ras only. It’s set to begin on July 26th, 2023 where each release is priced at 8,500 yen.
With the first and second volumes now out, we now have a look at the full packaging spread for both of these releases that shows off some non-maid-style outfits. Check out the full schedule below with details and artwork.
It was directed by Satoshi Kuwabara from the series scripts overseen by Keiichio Ochi. Masatsune Noguchi is working on the character designs with Tezuka Productions handling the animation.
The Japanese cast includes Masaaki Mizunaka as Hayato Kasukabe, Azumi Waki as Shiragiku Ono, Aya Yamane as Riho Tsukishima, Sayumi Suzushiro as Ami Tsuruga, Asami Seto as Akane Hououji, Ruriko Aoki as Ouka Makusawa, and Kazue Ikura as Sachiko Kasukabe.
The series has NeRiAme performing the opening theme song “Unmei Kyōdōtai!” while Miki Sato performs the ending theme song “Dramatic.”
The manga from Kouji Seo, who also created Suzuka and Fuuka, began in 2021 and is serialized in Weekly Shonen Magazine. It has seven volumes out as of September 2022.

Plot Concept: The series focuses on Hayato Kasukabe, a man who got into Tokyo University on his first try but receives news of his grandmother’s passing. He returns to his family’s cafe and his childhood home for the first time in three years, but there he finds five girls working in the cafe, all claiming to be part of his grandfather’s family
