Fairy Tail manga omnibus volume 1 collects volumes 1-3 in a larger sized omnibus format and features story and art by Hiro Mashima.

Kodansha Comics is bringing another manga series to print in omnibus form as they’ve solicited for the first volume of Fairy Tail. The first volume is set for a December 5th, 2023 release priced at $22.99 with it listed as coming in at 592 pages.

The property comes from writer/artist Hiro Mashima which began serialization in 2006 in Shuukan Shounen Magazine magazine. It completed with sixty-three volumes after a lengthy run and these new omnibus editions are bringing out three volumes per omnibus.

Plot Concept: The spunky and magical Lucy wants to join Fairy Tail, a guild that gathers the world’s most powerful wizards. But instead, her ambitions land her in the clutches of a gang of unsavory pirates led by a devious trickster. Her only hope is Natsu, a strange boy she happens to meet on her travels. Natsu’s not your typical hero—he gets motion sickness, eats like a pig, and his best friend is a talking cat. With friends like this, is Lucy better off with her enemies?
