This all-new clip features a little tiff between Catwoman (voiced by Jennifer Morrison) and Poison Ivy (Peyton List).

Warner Bros. Animation served up a fun animated adaptation of the Batman: Hush storyline back in 2019 and it’s joined others that were very well done with interesting adaptation choices in some areas. Now, the 2002 comic limited series from Jeph Loeb and Jim Lee is getting some new attention as DC Comics has set a new omnibus collection for it. Scheduled for a November 7th, 2023 release, it’ll be over 1,200 pages of material that has issues not included in previous collections.

Priced at $150, it’ll include:

  • Batman #608-619 and #685
  • Batman: Gotham Knights #50-55, #60-71, and #73-74
  • Detective Comics #846-850 and #852
  • Hush interlude from Wizard #0
  • Hush tales from Batman: Streets of Gotham #1-4, #14, and #16-21
  • New short story from Batman: Hush: 20th Anniversary Edition

The main cast of the animated film includes Jason O’Mara as Batman, Jennifer Morrison as Selina Kyle, Jerry O’Connell as Superman, Rebecca Romijn as Lois Lane, Rainn Wilson as Lex Luthor, Sean Maher as Nightwing, Bruce Thomas as Jim Gordon, Stuart Allan as Damian Wayne, James Garrett as Alfred, Maury Sterling as Thomas Elliot, Geoffrey Arend as Riddler, Vanessa Williams as Amanda Waller, Jason Spisak as Joker, Adam Gifford as Bane, Dachie Alessio as Lady Shiva, Peyton List as both Batgirl and Poison Ivy, and Tara Strong as a reporter.

The film has Justin Copeland directing based on the screenplay by Ernie Altbacker.

Plot Concept: Batman: Hush centers on a mysterious new villain known only as Hush, who uses a rogues’ gallery of villains to destroy Batman’s crime-fighting career as well as Bruce Wayne’s personal life, which has been further complicated by a relationship with Selina Kyle/Catwoman.
