The short film Garden of Words / Kotonoha no Niwa came out back in 2013 on home video in Japan and we’ve had the North American release through Sentai Filmworks. The property has had a lot of streaming distribution as well and some overseas releases too.
Now, UK distributor Anime Limited has scheduled a collector’s edition with a May 6th, 2023 release. The bilingual set will be a Blu-ray-only release that comes with a soundtrack CD all inside a steel book edition. It’ll be priced at £39.99 with extras that include:

- – Storyboards (45 minutes)
- – English production stills
- – Japanese trailer
- – The Works of Makoto Shinkai
- – English commentary track with cast
- – Japanese commentary with English subtitles
